Transportation and Compliance Manager
Jeff grew up on the family farm just West of Oslo and attended AVTI in East Grand Forks, The University of Minnesota and the University of Salt Lake.
He came to Gowan Construction 13 years ago because the local and family owned business appealed to him. Jeff acts as our Transportation and Compliance Manager and manages drivers, safety, and compliance. He enjoys the family atmosphere and variety of projects that keep him busy and interested.
His most memorable project was working with the City of Grand Forks during flood emergencies, hauling sand and sand bags to troubled residential areas.
On his down time Jeff enjoys fishing, hunting and camping with family and friends.
