Project Foreman
John attended Greenbush – Middle River Highschool and later moved on to Northland Tech in East Grand Forks, Minnesota. He chose Gowan Construction in 2023 because it is a local family-owned company, who truly cares for their employees, community and the surrounding areas.
His role as foreman is in part communication with others on the day-to-day tasks as he and his team work together on projects from start to finish. He is also part of our snow team.
John’s most memorable project to date was the UND softball field, he smiles as he drives by that project and can say “I helped wit that.” It definitely stands out as you drive down University Avenue.
In his limited spare time, John enjoys fishing, hunting, building cabinets and hanging out with his wife and child.
